About GharVistaar
"Ghar" is home; "Vistaar" is expansion. We build the home and we plan for the expansion — the extra floor, the rental unit, the parents' suite — from the first drawing.
Who we are
GharVistaar is a registered construction company headquartered at B-705, Victory One Central, Sector Omega 1, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201310, building across Delhi NCR and Jharkhand. Our team is site engineers, an in-house architect and structural consultant, interior designers, and our own crews of masons, bar-benders, carpenters, plumbers and electricians. We do not sub-let your house to a chain of sub-contractors.
What we believe
- Paper before bricks. A BOQ with brands and quantities, a dated timeline and a stage-wise payment schedule — before the contract, not after the dispute.
- Numbers you can check. Soil test reports, cube test results, delivery challans, weekly photos — all shared.
- Local pricing. Each city is priced from its own material and labour market, its own authority and its own ground.
- Warranty in writing. 10-year structural, 5-year waterproofing, 1-year finishing.
Where we work
Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Greater Noida West, Ghaziabad, Gurugram and Faridabad in NCR; Ranchi, Jamshedpur, Dhanbad, Bokaro and Hazaribagh in Jharkhand. Our head office is in Greater Noida; our Jharkhand projects run from Ranchi.

GharVistaar is run by two engineers who still visit sites, still read the structural drawings and still answer the phone.
Sumit Chauhan
Co-founder · Projects & Operations
Sumit leads construction delivery across Delhi NCR and Jharkhand — site teams, material procurement, quality control and client handover. With years of hands-on experience on residential and commercial sites, he built the stage-wise payment and daily-site-engineer system that every GharVistaar project runs on. He is the person who checks the cube-test results and walks the snag list with you at handover.
Md Parvej Ansari
Co-founder · Engineering & Design · NIT Jamshedpur graduate
Parvej is a graduate of NIT Jamshedpur (National Institute of Technology) and heads engineering, structural design and planning. From soil-test interpretation and foundation design to Vastu-compliant floor plans, 3D elevations and municipal sanction drawings, he is responsible for every drawing that goes to site. His Jharkhand roots are why GharVistaar prices Ranchi, Jamshedpur, Dhanbad, Bokaro and Hazaribagh from local ground conditions and local material markets rather than NCR averages.
Together they have delivered independent houses, builder floors, villas and commercial buildings, and they personally review every BOQ before it reaches a client.

Written BOQ before you sign
Every item, quantity, brand and rate on paper. The rate you sign is the rate you pay; changes are priced in writing first.
10-year structural warranty
RCC frame, foundation and slabs for ten years, waterproofing for five, finishing for one — in the contract.
Site engineer every day
Our own engineer on your plot daily, weekly photo reports on WhatsApp, cube tests on every slab.
Stage-wise payments
Pay only for completed stages. Schedules mapped to home-loan disbursements.
Approvals handled
Map sanction, structural certificate, fire NOC, completion certificate — filed and followed up by us.
